**International Department Activities:**

– Providing consultation with a doctor before in-person visits
– Assigning VIP rooms for international patients
– Internet access for patients
– Supervised dietary plans by a nutritionist with the option to order meals outside the menu
– Daily specialist doctor visits for patients
– Allocating a separate office in the hospital under the supervision of the hospital director
– A dedicated officer to assist international patients from admission to discharge
– Recording international patient information in the Ministry of Health’s AVAB system
– Issuing an English invoice for the patient at the time of discharge
– Providing post-discharge communication with doctors and international staff (follow-up)
– Assigning a personal translator for the patient during the hospital stay
– Offering preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic services in three areas: clinic, paraclinic, and treatment
– Recording patient satisfaction forms
– Designing checklists for patient care procedures
– Establishing a mortality committee
– Designing contracts with patients
– Offering leisure and wellness packages for patients and their companions (including hotel, transfers, local tours, and more)
